NASA Task Load Index
A multi-dimensional rating procedure that assesses perceived workload across six subscales. Widely used in human factors, aviation, healthcare, and HCI research. Two common versions are in use: the original weighted TLX (with pairwise comparisons) and the Raw TLX (unweighted mean of subscales).
System Usability Scale
A 10-item questionnaire giving a global view of subjective usability. Alternates positively- and negatively-worded items. Produces a single 0–100 score; 68 is commonly cited as the average.
Technology Acceptance Model (core items)
The original Davis (1989) 12-item scale measuring two determinants of technology acceptance: Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), six items each. The most widely-cited instrument in information-systems research. Item stems should be customised to name the specific system under study.
